• Product Descriptions: We strive to accurately describe our shipping containers and Tiny House Capsules. Images and specs are for illustration; slight variations may occur.

• Order Process: Orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us. We may refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including pricing errors or suspected fraud.

• Custom Orders: Modifications (e.g., windows, insulation) are final once production begins and subject to our Payment Policy.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) and exclude shipping, taxes, and modifications unless stated. Payment terms are governed by our Payment Policy. You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes at checkout, per our Sales Tax Policy.

• Risk of Loss: Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery acceptance, per U.S. Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) standards.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refunds Policy. Inspect Products upon delivery and report issues within 7 days to sales@customcubecrafters.com. Custom Products (e.g., modified Tiny House Capsules) are non-returnable unless defective.

• Limited Warranty: New Products come with a 1-year structural warranty; used Products are sold with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
