Custom Cube Crafters provides shipping container delivery across Canada to locations accessible by our delivery services.

Our products are fulfilled from inventory located in Canada. Customers should ensure their delivery location is suitable for container transportation and unloading.

Flat-Rate Shipping

We charge a flat delivery fee of CAD $470 per order for shipping container deliveries within our supported Canadian delivery areas.

This fee applies to the entire order, regardless of the number of containers purchased.

The shipping charge is displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Any optional services or special delivery arrangements requiring additional charges will be explained and agreed upon before the order is placed.

Order Processing and Delivery Times

Our estimated delivery timeframe is 7–10 business days after payment confirmation.

This estimate includes order processing and transportation to the delivery destination.

Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays.

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, transportation restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be informed if significant delays affect their orders.

Delivery Requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible to the delivery vehicle and has adequate space for unloading.

The delivery area should be stable, reasonably level, and free from obstacles such as low-hanging cables, trees, or restricted access points.

Unloading and Container Placement

Shipping containers require suitable equipment and sufficient space for safe unloading.

The unloading and placement services included with the order will be confirmed before purchase.

Customers requiring specialized equipment or additional placement services should contact us before ordering to confirm availability and any applicable charges.

Delivery Scheduling

Once payment has been confirmed, our team will arrange delivery and provide the customer with relevant scheduling information.

Customers should ensure that the delivery location is accessible and that an authorized person is available to receive the container when required.

Delivery Delays

We aim to deliver orders within the estimated 7–10 business day timeframe.

However, severe weather, road restrictions, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery schedules.

If a significant delay occurs, we will communicate updated delivery information as soon as reasonably possible.
