A flat shipping fee of CAD $470 per order applies, regardless of the number of containers purchased.

Our estimated delivery timeframe is 7–10 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery requires suitable vehicle access and sufficient space for safe unloading. Customers should notify us of any access restrictions before placing an order.

Returns and Refunds

Customers may request an eligible standard return within 30 calendar days of delivery.

A 10% restocking fee applies to approved change-of-mind returns, and customers are responsible for return freight costs.

The original delivery charge is non-refundable for standard change-of-mind returns once delivery has been completed, subject to applicable law.

Returns involving defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed products will be handled according to applicable Canadian consumer protection requirements.
